The reporting of qualified leads to the agent is done on a daily basis. 

Upon the agent's selection of the desired applicant(s), a full background check and credit rating is provided in order for the agent to take the appropriate next steps to secure the applicant. The agent's selected applicant follows the agent's instructions with respect to rental payment and deposits required.
